Larry and Robin Wilmot traveled to Japan in the spring of 2014, where they visited Tokyo, Kyoto and Nara. They were amazed at the beauty, history, technology and friendliness of the country, and enchanted with the wonderful mix of both traditional and modern elements present in this society. This exhibition of Larry’s photography takes us from the ancient temples and shrines through the most modern elements of the country. Join us and meet the artist for First Friday Art Trail on June 5th from 6-9 pm.

Segmented Cherry Vase by John Franklin

John Franklin uses a lathe to transform wood into functional and sculptural forms, with the goal of maximizing the natural grain and inherent beauty of each type of wood. Franklin's raw materials come from all over the world, but he's especially fond of using Texas woods such as mesquite, cottonwood, hackberry and manzanita.
