Accessible locations for patrons with wheelchairs are available on both a subscription and single-ticket basis. Seating for one accompanying patron is available next to a wheelchair's space. Additional guests in your party will be seated as near as is possible. If accessible seating is required, please request at time of ticket purchase.
Accessible parking spaces are available at the Memorial Civic Center and City Bank Auditorium/Coliseum. Designated parking areas are indicated by the universal "wheelchair" sign. Civic Center ADA spaces are located on the north side of the building (main level) and at the southwest entrance to the facility near the meeting room. Spaces for the Auditorium & Coliseum are available at the east entrances to each facility.
Assisted Listening Devices
For patrons with hearing difficulties, wireless, lightweight headsets are available at no cost to those who wish to enhance the show's normal sound. The headset may be picked up prior to each Broadway performance at the City Bank Auditorium Ticket Booth. For events other than the Broadway musical series, please call (806) 775-2242 a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the event to request ADA listening devices. To obtain a headset, a driver's license or major credit card will be required and will be returned upon receipt of the equipment at the close of the performance. For special needs, please contact Civic Center staff at (806) 775-2242.
