Stage/Technical Services
The stage and technical services are coordinated through the Civic Center Stage/Technical Coordinator by calling (806)775-2258. Stagehand Rates/Policies
All stage personnel are to be qualified and approved by the Stage/Technical Coordinator.
All calls are based on a four (4) hour minimum. Additional hours are billed at the prevailing rate.
Cancellations require 24 hour notice, and cancellations after that time are subject to a minimum call charge.
A 17% service charge will be added to each labor invoice for handling charges, workman's compensation, unemployment, etc.

A/V Equipment
There is no charge for the use of audio visual equipment. Use of equipment is subject to availability. There is however a charge for setting A/V equipment.

Security
Lessees are responsible for the security of all areas utilized and covered under their contract. It shall be the responsibility of the Director to determine the number of crowd control and/or security personnel required for each event. It shall be the responsibility of the Lessee to pay for the crowd control and security personnel. Security is required at any event where alcoholic beverages are served and/or Select-a-Seat is managing the Box Office. Security is encouraged in any situation involving the exchange of money; overnight on multi-day events; and at events with an anticipated attendance over 1,000. Lessee shall coordinate all staff with Director or designated representative.
Event Staffing
Lessees are responsible for all event staff including ushers, ticket takers, door guards, and registration. It shall be the responsibility of the Director to determine the number and type of event staff required for each event. It shall be the responsibility of the Lessee to pay for the event staff. Lessee shall coordinate all event staff with Director or designated representative.
